CAD Services
Provide computerized drawings for building and facilites using AutoCaD LT software. Obtain all field measurements necessary to provide complete and accurate drawings and plans.
Collect and evaluate energy consumption data for existing facilites and provide benchmarking information using the EPA Energy Star program. Make recommendations for energy consumption improvements following the Energy Star and Ashrae 90.1 guidelines. Investigate funding sources for energy improvement projects including tax rebates and AEP GridSMART program incentives.
Design of HVAC systems for residential and commercial buildings. Provide all calculations required to properly size equipment needs. Provide cost estimates and life cycle cost analysis for different system solutions, including geothermal and variable refrigerant flow systems.
